Yuri Oliveira Ribeiro is a Portuguese left-back who started at Escola Os Craques, moved to Braga's academy and signed for Benfica's youth system at 13, winning the national youth championship in 2013. He made his reserve-team debut in 2015 and his senior debut in the Taça de Portugal in December 2016, spent 2017/18 on loan at Rio Ave, then returned to Benfica for 2018/19 and extended his contract by five years, making his European debut in the Europa League against Galatasaray on 14 February 2019. He joined Nottingham Forest permanently on 8 July 2019 and has since played for Legia Warsaw, Braga and Blackburn Rovers.
