The Ground
Silves have played on this site since 1922, the first match there being against Glória ou Morte in August of that year. A general assembly in 1943 gave the ground the name of Dr. Francisco Vieira.
After a tornado wrecked the pitch in November 2012 the surface was rebuilt in artificial turf, and the enclosure is now managed as a municipal facility.
