Description
Officially the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza but known worldwide as San Siro after the district it stands in, the ground opened in 1926 as AC Milan's home. Inter moved in during 1947 and the clubs have shared it since, meeting twice a season in the Derby della Madonnina.

The distinctive spiral ramps and girder roof were added for the 1990 World Cup, taking the bowl to three tiers and around 75,800 seats. In November 2025 Milan and Inter bought the stadium and surrounding land from the city for 197 million euros, intending to build a new arena alongside it, so San Siro's long-term future is limited.
