The Aveiro-born midfielder started out in local football before joining Benfica in 2014/15 and moving up to the Caixa Futebol Campus in 2020/21.
He was one of nine Campus-developed players in the Portugal squad that won the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in Qatar in 2025, the country's first title in the competition. Promoted to Benfica B, he became a regular in Liga Portugal 2 and also featured in the UEFA Youth League, before receiving his first call-up to the senior squad by José Mourinho in March 2026.
